Dr Natasha’s Dental clinic (or Klinik Pergigian Dr. Natasha) was established by Dr Natasha Golingi in Donggongon Square, in 2015, with the aim to provide quality and affordable dental care in her own district of Penampang & nearby areas such as Kota Kinabalu & Putatan.
Dr Roseanne Chee joined the clinic in June 2018 as a Permanent Associate Dentist. Dr Pan Shing Hui joined in September 2020, and then Dr Phoebe Ann Zepher joined us in April 2022, both also as Permanent Associate Dentists.
We have Dr Ng Jia Ying on board as our Permanent Locum on Saturdays.
The clinic has expanded from just the Ground Floor to the 1st Floor as well, with two dental chairs on the Ground floor, and three on the 1st floor, all equipped with intra-oral cameras. The ground floor has an X-ray room which has both an intra-oral X-ray machine as well as an extra-oral X-ray machine that can take both OPG and Lateral Cephalometric X-rays.
We are also staffed by 7 full-time dental assistants. Dr Natasha’s clinic is normally open 6 days a week (Except for most Public Holidays). However, booking your appointments in advance is still highly recommended! As doctors may be on duty at different times
Opening Hours:
Monday – Saturday : 8.30 am – 5 pm
Sunday & Public Holidays: Closed
Appointments
We advice all our patients to call ahead if possible to arrange an appointment. We take pride in trying our best to keep to our schedule to avoid making people wait unnecessarily. A patient who sets an appointment in advance and arrives on time will be given priority over “walk-in” patients (except in a major emergency). So, for the best use of your time, please make an appointment!
On our part, we try our best to keep to our schedule, so it may not always be possible to do all the necessary work needed in your first visit, if your appointment was booked as an “initial check up.”
And in some instances, we may run late due to reasons beyond our control, such as an unusually difficult extraction, or the previous patient arriving late etc, but do know that we value your time!
We also appreciate it very much if should you be unable to make your appointment, or are running late, to call to inform us as early as possible. (we often have a waiting list for other patients to replace any cancellations).
Infection Control
We take infection control seriously and each floor has its own autoclave unit for heat-based sterilisation. (should there ever be a problem with one, we have a 2nd unit to use!)
Our sterilisation rooms are situated between the surgery rooms for easy access for the dental assistants. Patients can also see through large glass windows from the treatment rooms for your peace of mind.
Child friendly environment
We try to create an environment that is as children friendly as possible. Our doctors and nurses are known for their friendly and gentle approach towards our patients to ensure that visits to the dental clinic are always a pleasant experience.
Antibiotic policy
Overuse of antibiotics by our society is increasing the problem of “resistant bacteria” (bacteria that is now resistant to common antibiotics).
In view of this, our doctors try to avoid antibiotics if possible, and we do not prescribe antibiotics after routine dental extractions, or if an infection is not evident at the time.
However, this MAY sometimes require you to come back for antibiotics IF any infection subsequently develops.
Your kind understanding and cooperation with this policy is deeply appreciated.
